The Ujima Collective

The Ujima Collective is a multifaceted organization that co-creates solutions and empowers those seeking to address issues affecting the Black community. These include reclamation and ownership of community-led safety efforts, education, racial equity, and justice.

We partner to design futures where Black people are resourced, centered, and able to flourish.

Ujima Collective partners with schools, nonprofits, funders, and community-rooted leaders to build strategies, convenings, and pathways for action that center Black brilliance, collective responsibility, and future-building.

We build through strategy, convening, engagement, and collective responsibility.
