We help build the conditions, connections, and collective infrastructure that allow Black youth and communities to thrive.!

What We Offer:

Systems Strategy + Initiative Design

For organizations building, redesigning, or advancing strategies, structures, and sustainable pathways.

When the work is important, but the path is not clear, we help leaders make sense of the landscape, identify leverage points, and build a strategy that can actually move.

Black-Centered Third Spaces

We design gatherings or Black people . That means the purpose, flow, energy, and experience of the space reflect Black brilliance, abundance, dignity, joy, care, and community.

Convening + Cross-Sector Alignment

For collaboratives, coalitions, and institutions that need a process that produces actionable alignment.

Engagement - Rooted In Community + Strategy Design

We design engagement processes that honor people’s time, insight, imagination, and lived knowledge. We help partners gather wisdom, identify patterns, and translate what is heard into strategies that build stronger conditions for Black life, collective thriving, and long-term transformation.

Safety, Healing, and Community Preparedness + Planning

This work supports stronger readiness, confidence, and collective responsibility around personal, home, and community safety. It is grounded in the belief that Black communities deserve not only protection from harm, but the knowledge, tools, and conditions to move through the world with greater confidence, care, and self-determination.

Designing strategy, convenings + connection.

Our work is best suited for:

  • Black-led and community-rooted organizations
  • schools and education organizations
  • youth-serving organizations
  • foundations and funding collaboratives
  • rcoalitions, networks, and multi-partner initiatives
  • institutions seeking to work with Black communities in ways that are accountable, grounded, and structurally serious
