We create affinity spaces for Black and Brown educators to connect, reflect, heal, and grow together. These spaces are rooted in the belief that educators of color need more than technical support. They need community, shared practice, and space to be with others who understand the realities of the work. Our goal is to support Black and Brown educators with the relationships, tools, and collective care that help sustain them in the field, strengthen their leadership, and deepen their impact in schools and communities.
In partnership with Phillips Family Foundation, we are helping convene youth-serving organizations, educators, mentors, employers, and community leaders to deepen relationships, improve coordination, and expand pathways to opportunity for transition-age youth. This work centers the conditions that support young people as they move from high school into college, careers, leadership, and long-term stability.
