Ujima provides strategic guidance and advocacy support for organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions committed to advancing equity-focused policies and driving systemic reform.

Design and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building programs to equip leaders, educators, and community with the knowledge and skills to foster anti-racist environments and promote equity-driven practices.

We are a collective.  We are honored to be a part of a brilliant cadre of partners, educators, community leaders, beacons, organizers, young people, elders, and relatives. We hold such valuable resources and connections in our communities. 

Ujima does great work, but we don't do everything!  We are about ensuring the work is done well,  and a part of our work includes connecting those who are most equipped to meet their organizational, community, or school needs.  Because we are a collective, we also hold and offer connections to a number of amazing and trusted community and collaborative partners.
